Introduced in 2010, the EX-01 was the first in the Hogue/Elishewitz Extreme Series Knives. It was designed to be extremely durable, yet simple, elegant and practical for everyday activities. Everyone from electricians to campers and soldiers to everyday users can find one to their liking.

At first glance, the EX-01 looks like a piece of jewelry, but do not let its attractive appearance fool you. Inside this knife beats the heart of a beast! The oversized pivot, stop pin and button lock are heat treated stainless steel which provides a robust lock-up. Integrated spacers are designed to ensure the knife’s long-term durability. Finally, a manual safety ensures that the lock cannot disengage, giving fixed blade-like reliability. The EX-01 is an over-engineered tool whose sole purpose is performance.

Introduced in 2011, the EX-F01 is the ultimate field tool packed with features. With its thick tool steel blade and integrated skull crusher the EX-F01 is ready for all tasks. Additionally the broad point in front of the false edge provides strength for the tip and a large land for batonning. The weight of the EX-F01 provides ease of chopping and improved penetration.

The 3D sculpted scales provide the user a comfortable grip while performing strenuous cutting activities. To complement the grip, the blade includes a serrated thumb ramp and finger detent in the frame. The EX-F01 has an integrated hidden compartment in the frame which is accessed by using the supplied wrench.

We believe a knife of this quality deserves a sheath of equal quality. The sheath has a hard insert, dual retention snaps, multiple carry options, MOLLE compatible and can accept a small pouch on the front.
